Bringing diversity to the masses
On the 23rd of November last year, we held a diversity forum in partnership with the National Council for Voluntary Organisations. It was a free workshop for clients and non-clients that tackled the big issues surrounding the design and implementation of effective diversity strategies.
There, our diversity expert, Gamiel Yafai, broke down the topic - explaining what a diversity strategy is, its purpose, what it involves and how to establish business and social cases for it.
The 25 delegates who came had lots of positive things to say about the seminars, group exercises and lectures. More importantly, they left with some big ideas on what they could achieve in their own organisations.
